# Contract with Apex Reinsurance for Rellm: AI-Powered Enterprise Reinsurance Solution
|

|
||
## Terms
|
||
|
||
1. **Parties Involved**: This contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between Insurellm, Inc. (“Provider”) and Apex Reinsurance (“Client”) on this [Date].
|
||
|
||
2. **Scope of Services**: Provider agrees to deliver the Rellm solution, which includes AI-driven analytics, seamless integrations, risk assessment modules, customizable dashboards, regulatory compliance tools, and client and broker portals as described in the product summary.
|
||
|
||
3. **Payment Terms**: Client shall pay the Provider the sum of $10,000 per month for the duration of this agreement. Payments are due on the first day of each month and will be processed via electronic funds transfer.
|
||
|
||
4. **Contract Duration**: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
|
||
|
||
## Renewal
|
||
|
||
1. **Automatic Renewal**: This Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides a written notice of intent to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current term.
|
||
|
||
2. **Renewal Pricing**: Upon renewal, the pricing may be subject to adjustment by the Provider. The Provider will give a minimum of sixty (60) days’ notice of any changes in pricing.
|
||
|
||
## Features
|
||
|
||
1. **AI-Driven Analytics**: The Rellm platform will utilize AI algorithms to provide predictive insights into risk exposures, allowing the Client to make informed decisions with real-time data analysis.
|
||
|
||
2. **Seamless Integrations**: The architecture of Rellm allows for easy integration with existing systems used by the Client, including policy management and claims processing.
|
||
|
||
3. **Customizable Dashboard**: The dashboard will be tailored to display metrics specific to the Client's operational needs, enhancing productivity and facilitating more efficient data access.
|
||
|
||
4. **Regulatory Compliance**: The solution will include compliance tracking features to assist the Client in maintaining adherence to relevant regulations.
|
||
|
||
5. **Dedicated Client Portal**: A portal for the Client will facilitate real-time communication and document sharing, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the partnership.
|
||
|
||
## Support
|
||
|
||
1. **Technical Support**: Provider shall offer dedicated technical support to the Client via phone, email, and a ticketing system during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST).
|
||
|
||
2. **Training and Onboarding**: Provider will deliver comprehensive onboarding training for up to ten (10) members of the Client's staff to ensure effective use of the Rellm solution.
|
||
|
||
3. **Updates and Maintenance**: Provider is responsible for providing updates to the Rellm platform to improve functionality and security, at no additional cost to the Client.
|
||
|
||
4. **Escalation Protocol**: Issues that cannot be resolved at the first level of support will be escalated to the senior support team, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly.
|
||
|
||
